Given that:
A + 13*B is divisible by 11 and:
A + 11*B is divisible by 13
whenever, each of A and B is a positive integer.

Determine the minimum value of A+B.

For A ,B < 25 the possible solutions are

(A=20,B=23),(A=21,B=17),(A=22,B=11) and (A=23,B=5)

So smallest value of A+B=28.
