Determine all possible triplets (x,y,z) of prime numbers satisfying:

x2 + 37*x*y = z3 + 1656

Prove that there are no others.

"If x=2, LHS is even so z=2"

There must be some missing steps here; the left side being even would only require that z be even, not that it be 2.
