Determine all possible triplets (x,y,z) of prime numbers satisfying:

x2 + 37*x*y = z3 + 1656

Prove that there are no others.

"the left side being even would only require that z be even, not that it be 2."

The puzzle is looking for triplets of prime numbers, so if z is required to be even, it must be 2.
