What are the respective first date and the sixth date in the 21st century such that, when written out in the MM/DD/YY format, each of them gives a Pythagorean triple - with YY denoting the hypotenuse?

The first three integer values for the hypotenuse of a Pythagorean triple are 5, 10, and 13.  For each of these there are two dates that satisfy the puzzle:

3/4/05 <- First

4/3/05

6/8/10

8/6/10

5/12/13

12/5/13 <- Sixth
