Distinct Values Validation (Posted on 2014-10-16) Difficulty: 3 of 5
Each of x, y and z is a nonnegative integer such that:

(i) x+y+z = 94, and:
(ii) H = 4x+10y+19z

I didn't have time to trying finding solutions but I figured it wouldn't be hard to find the solutions and then weed out the overlap.  Having tried a bit to do so, I can see this isn't so easy even with the simplification.

So yes I agree, program is the way to go and using one doesn't require my trick.

I tried reducing the total from 94 to something more reasonable but there doesn't seem to be a simple formula.
