(A) Rearrange all the letters in the phrase A CATASTROPHIC PROTON to spell out the names of three types of vegetable.

(B) Rearrange all the letters in the phrase TOUCH VOLCANO PIECE to spell out the names of three types of fruit.

CARROT,  ANCHO, TATSOI    (unused letters: P, P ["Peas"])

I know it doesn't use all the letters, yet this is a type of puzzle I would like to see have more than one solution.

Another alternate answer uses all the letters....but there's a "CATCH".
