Find the
single outstanding item in the following list:
Algeria, Ethiopia, India, Venezuela, Somalia, Turkey, Vietnam, Grenada, Cape Verde, Cameroon, China, Morocco, Pakistan, Cuba, Panama, North Korea, Syria, USA, Tunisia, Philippines.
Rem: Valid answers, differing from author's intention, are welcome and will be credited in the official solution.
Every country in the list has at least one star as part of its national flag; essentially because they are either Arab (moon and star) or have a Communist background (the star symbolises Communism), or to symbolise political subdivisions.
Ethiopia and Morocco have the star of Solomon.
The exception is India, which has a wheel instead.
Notably, there are no European countries in the list - most of those countries have crosses (UK, Denmark, Greece, etc.) or solid bars (France, Germany, Ireland).
