Find the single outstanding item in the following list:

Algeria, Ethiopia, India, Venezuela, Somalia, Turkey, Vietnam, Grenada, Cape Verde, Cameroon, China, Morocco, Pakistan, Cuba, Panama, North Korea, Syria, USA, Tunisia, Philippines.

Every country in the list has at least one star as part of its national flag; essentially because they are either Arab (moon and star) or have a Communist background (the star symbolises Communism), or to symbolise political subdivisions.

Ethiopia and Morocco have the star of Solomon.

The exception is India, which has a wheel instead.

Notably, there are no European countries in the list - most of those countries have crosses (UK, Denmark, Greece, etc.) or solid bars (France, Germany, Ireland).
