computer solution -- last 6 digits of each

The easy computer way:

x=modpow(9,9,1000000)

y=modpow(9,x,1000000)

z=modpow(9,y,1000000)

print x,y,z

420489 177289 865289

We have the last six digits of each of x, y and z.
