Is no the correct answer to this question?
This is a watery form of "This statement is false." However, this particular problem limits itself to a single word, "no," so any other wording of a negative answer is a valid correct response.
If, however, the problem said, "Is the correct answer to this question a negative response?", it might be more of a paradox.
