THE RED ROWS can be anagrammed into several sets of two words, but in particular the letters in THE RED ROWS may be arranged into the two words THREE WORDS.

(Several sets of three words may also be formed, as well as a few sets of four words from the letters in 'THE RED ROWS'. Yet the trick is the anagrammed set 'THREE WORDS' fulfills both conditions of the rearrangement).
