In addition to
  BB = Barbados,
  CC = Australia's Cocos [Keeling] Islands,
  EE = Estonia,
  MM = Myanmar [Burma], and
  TT = Trinidad & Tobago,

there are the following:
  GG = the Bailiwick of Guernsey, and
  SS = South Sudan

The code DD, now unassigned, was formerly assigned to the former German Democratic Republic. Guernsey, though a possession of the British Crown situated in/near the English Channel is not part of Great Britain, its code was issued April 2007. The code for South Sudan was allocated after the country's secession in July 2011.

To be a bit more thorough, though it was inferred that the country codes in question are of the Internet/ISO 3166 two-character country codes, there are also the FIPS 10-4 (US ANSI) country codes:
  AA = Aruba,
  BB = Barbados,
  GG = Georgia [South West Asia], and
  PP = Papua New Guinea
