The product of FALSE*TRUE is either an eight or nine digit number.
The number of distinct letters in the alphametic are eight, leaving
at most two additional letters that could be in the alphametic product.
Given the letters used {A,E,F,L,R,S,T,U} and the possibility of
two more letters used in the product, only three "USA states" need be considered. These are: ARKANSAS, DELAWARE, and TENNESSEE.
Iterating through the possible alphametic matches, only TENNESSEE results in a match:
TENNESSEE 109908800 AEFLNRSTU? 5072948163
The alphametic translation of the title 5 76993 408621 is
A FUNN? RESULT. Thus, the unknown alphametic letter for the digit 3 can be determined to be Y, resulting in "A FUNNY RESULT".
