Multitude of solutions:

 What is your   Line of work    ?

Did you ever drink wine of pork ?

Upon seeing a spaceship:  Fine UFO, Ark

 Playing musical dissonance,   to   irritate:    Mi on re, if to irk

An English/US tree/plant:     Pine (bine, tine, vine) of York

How many spare ribs,   Sir?  Nine, of pork   or   ( Nine, if pork )

Also:  Hine (mine, kine) of York  , line of cork     etc etc etc
