Does there exist an infinite number of positive integer pairs (x, y) such that:
(x+1)/y + (y+1)/x is a positive integer?

So, just to be clear, you are saying that yes, there are infinitely many?  In fact, there are infinitely many that equal 3 and infinitely many that yield 4?
