First, Golden, Natural, Peach
All of the above words share a certain unique feature.
What feature ?

As to U.S. State nicknames, "First", "Golden", and "Natural", each are preceded by the definite article "The". For "Peach", the determiner is not a part of the nickname, though it may be used at times. The nickname "Peach State" can refer to either Delaware or Georgia.
Due to each of these words as being a part of a U.S. State nickname, it very well may be considered a shared "feature". Though I can not agree to this feature being unique.
