In regards to matching patterns, EUKARYOTIC, EUCARYOTIC, EUKARYOTES, and EUCARYOTES also match the 1st pattern. Applying the definition of tree as a branching structure, each of these can qualify. EUKARYOTIC TREE (for example) is occasionally used to describe the the "tree of life", the domain of organisms that even include eucalyptus and sandalwood.
