There are several possible solutions,- provide the one with a minimal value of s+e+q+u+n+c.

1.  Your list is far from being complete.

2. Neither of your 2 words qualifies for  a minimal value of s+e+q+u+n+c.

3. Prior to  rating my original puzzle "2" you should expand your search to find a lesser value.

e.g. sequences + sequences = refresher (21)
