Find a 4x4 magic square with magic constant being 188 (base ten) and each of whose 16 entries is a non leading zeroes positive binary palindrome.

*** Disregard rotations and reflections.

If, in accordance with traditional rules, it includes all numbers from 1 to 4^2, it cannot meet the palindromic requirement, as it includes, say, 11 decimal, which is 1011 binary, which can't be fixed with leading zeroes.
