w1+w2=w3 , where
w1,w2,w3 are English words and the sum of scrabble values of the participating tiles is maximal.
Rem1: The alphametic must have only one solution.

You have 11 variables for 10 digits , N has no representation.
I sincerely hope you go on and find another summation (mine is definitely not a maximum but a reference value to avoid lower candidates).
Btw, 2 out of 3 words were new to me, I had to look them up.
