What is the remainder when Y is divided by 4X ?

The method is too clumsy to be worth noting.

However 308/(8*27) = 1*216+92, while 308/27 = 11*27+11.

If x=27, y=308, then y/(4x) = 77/27 =2*108+92/108, so the answer is 92.
