A quotation is to be filled in in the grid below. Black squares represent spaces between words and possibly punctuation. The word or phrase preceding the colon (:) merely identifies the topic. The words after the colon are the quote itself, or a definition, according to the author, of the topic subject.

Yellow squares are to take one of the letters from the yellow squares at the top in the same column. White squares are to take one of the letters from the white squares to the left in the same row. Each shown letter is used exactly once. Only black squares can separate words, not line breaks, and remember that black squares can possibly represent punctuation, such as an apostrophe.

Guessing that it's about science...

It looks something like, 'SCIENCE: THE TRUE DELIGHT...' at which point I found the quote 'The true delight is in the finding out rather than in the knowing.'

I haven't worked all the way through it, so could be wrong.
