Just Keep the Change (Posted on 2003-06-15) Difficulty: 3 of 5
In a certain country, it takes a minimum of exactly 5 coins to make 13 cents, and a minimum of exactly 4 coins to make 14 cents.

What are the denominations of the coins (of value less than 15 cents) in this country?

Bonus: What country is it?

England won't work because of the other small coins: 13 can be done in 4 coins in several ways: 1+1+1+10; 1+2+5+5 (it can even be done in three coins: 1+2+10.); 14 can be done in three coins: 2+2+10.

Not only does the country need a "2" and a "5" coin, but they can be the only denominations under 15
