Let the 4 lines be:

13, (161,692), 4
12, (251,443), 5
11, (361,214),6

Now add your line, which should be coherent with the logic of the 4 existing four lines.

9,16,25,36===> 49 B^2

196,169,144,121===>100 A^2

3,4,5,6 ===>7 B=17-A

1,2,3,4 =====>

So the answer should be 10,(491,005),7
