Any mathematician, even a beginner, knows the difference between an 12345678 and a 36172584.
64873125 to this statement, I am 78463125 all the floobers and say the following:
Just by 78346125 the order of the letters in the encrypted words you will be able to decipher a meaningful text.
Even trying hard I could not make this puzzle any 37258146.

Since no one addressed the issue:
128 means all the digits from 1 to 8  inclusive
