Find the remainder when 3²⁰¹² is divided by 2012.

Put the value "3" in a cell in the top row.
Below that put mod(X*3,2012), where "X" is a reference to the cell above.
Copy down and look in row 2012 to find the same answer = 81

Not as elegant as the non-computer solutions, but it worked.
