A stick of length L is broken into n equal parts.
What is the maximal product of their lengths?

The proof is based on y'=0, where y=(L/n)^n.
It is beneficial to take log of both sides prior to differentiation.
The remarks by SH about considering the integer closest to the result (i.e. L/e , where e=2.718...) finalize the solution.
The"official" solution will be published within few days.
