The proof is based on  y'=0, where y=(L/n)^n.

It is beneficial to take log of both sides prior to differentiation.
The remarks by SH about considering the integer closest to the result (i.e.   L/e , where e=2.718...) finalize the solution.

The"official" solution will be published within few days.
