Pre-trigger.

The ANY is suggestive and leads to ANY*RTS=ANY mod 1000, so that ANY*(RTS-1) is a multiple of 1000, with several solutions.

Post-trigger.

RTS=029, 401, or 340.

The first requires ANY to end in 5 and be even.

The last requires ANY to be divided by 1000.

Then STORY=10845 and RTS=401. A little fiddling gives PARTY=92405 and TRAMP=04239.

Only NC and 67 are unassigned but a quick check gives 3265*2401=7839265.
