Solution.
First assume the fermented milk is the British spelling: yoghurt.
That gives us:
guy, try to 3o *t r*ght hurry u4! 3o45 o4-53 yoghurt
Next assume 3 is 'd' and 4 is 'p' and * is 'i'
guy, try to do it right hurry up! dop5 op-5d yoghurt
Looks like 5 must be 'e'
guy, try to do it right hurry up! dope op-ed yoghurt
The required answer is "hurry up!"
And, apparently, the proper response (according to a long running animated Comedy Central program) would be:
