My method was very close to xdog's. The term "rotation" was to imply iterating alphabetically through the "remaining" unique letters of PERPLEXUS, through the affected columns left-to-right.
The base-10 value of 2019 (for the 2020th position, the first position represented as the value 0) written in factorial-base would be 2440110.
