Yes, I came across the same problem in a website with much smaller numbers so the choice of numbers are ABSOLUTELY ORIGINAL.
Indeed, without rounding , the value of pi with the first 13 digits after decimal point comes to:
3.1415926535897, and accordingly the choice of the numbers are precise and any other choice of the 11- digit number would have been erroneous. This was the raison d'etre of my comment on the puzzle is being a valid candidate for publishing on a Pi Day.
I EDIT commented on my erroneous positing of the closeness of the number to pi due to rounding , which must not be misconstrued as having any bearing whatsoever on the preciseness of number choice.
