If you put a coin in an empty bottle and insert a cork into the neck of the bottle, how could you remove the coin without taking the cork out or breaking the bottle?
Well, if you couldn't push the cork down the neck of the bottle you could always toss the whole thing into a furnace. The cork would burn, the bottle would melt (not break!), and the coin would be yours. Just let it cool down a bit before picking it up.
This, of course, depends on the melting points of the bottle and the coin. But, I'm pretty sure that most glasses will melt before most metals do.
Also, you could burn the cork (that might prove difficult), or dissolve it with an acid (one that doesn't affect metal).
