Let

S(3)= 13+23+…+(2n)3
and
S(2)= 12+22+…+n2

For what integer values of n will the ratio r=S(3)/S(2) have an integer result?

INDEED: 
S3(1) = 1^3 + 2^3 =9!!
That was a rather silly error on my part!!!
I confirm having suitably incorporated the said amendment.
