According to Wikipedia,  Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) was a famous German philosopher, cultural critic and philologist.

Friedrich - h + e --> Friedrice --> fried rice
Nietzsche - (tz) --> Niesche --> Chinese (anagram of Niesche)

Consequently,  the dish is fried rice and it has a Chimese origin.
