Given:
   a,b,c >0 and a+b+c=1 ;
   P=(1/a)+(2/b)+(3/c);
1)Find the minimum value of P;
2)Does P have maximum value ?

Thank you very much for your encouragement towards my present endeavors! 

This is especially relevant since the problems during the past 1/5 years (during my absence) elicited very few comments on an average.

** However, I cannot replicate such endeavors towards the past  problems submitted by myself! How I wish somebody else commented on them!!
