Mo Celsius= No Fahrenheit

Find the smallest value of M+N. What is the next smallest value of M+N?

*** F = 9*C/5 + 32, where F and C respectively represents Fahrenheit and Celsius scales of temperatures.

Your assumption is absolutely accurate, Charlie.

Prima facie, the problem text is itself erroneous.
It should read as:

"Each of M+N and N-M is a nonzero perfect square and:
   o                  o
M Celsius= N Fahrenheit

Find the smallest value of M+N. What is the next smallest value of M+N?

*** F = 9*C/5 + 32, where F and C respectively represents Fahrenheit and Celsius scales of temperatures."
