1. What numbers add up to their own values if "and" is used in numbers greater than 100 but not divisible by 100?
2. What numbers add up to their own values if "and" is not used in numbers greater than 100 but not divisible by 100?

Two hundred and fifty one --> 23+21+15+8+21+14+4+18+5+4+1+14+4+6+9+6+20+25+15+14+5= 23+21+15+8+21+14+4+18+5+4+1+14+4+6+9+6+20+25+15+14+5=251

Two hundred and fifty nine --> 
23+21+15+8+21+14+4+18+5+4+1+14+4+6+9+6+20+25+14+9+14+5=259

If "and" is NOT used in the spelling, then there is no solution.
