Solution Solution Comment 1 of 1
from Vieta's Formulas
a+b+c = -7
ab + ac + bc = 2
abc = -9

Numerator:
(3a-2)(3b-2)(3c-2) = 27abc - 18(ab + ac + bc) + 12(a+b+c) - 8
(3a-2)(3b-2)(3c-2) = 27(-9) - 18(2) + 12(-7) - 8 = -371

Denominator:
(2+3a)(2+3b)(2+3c) = 27abc + 18(ab + ac + bc) + 12(a+b+c) + 8
(2+3a)(2+3b)(2+3c) = 27(-9) + 18(2) + 12(-7) + 8 = -283

Value of the expression: 371 / 283
