Please explain your answer.
A. At 3:15, the minute hand is located in the 15th minute marks and the hour hand is located on (15+5/4) minute mark.
The angle between the hour hand and the minute hand is therefore 5*6/4 = 7.5 degrees.
B. At 6:30, the minute hand is located on 30th minute mark and the hour hand is located on 30+ 5/2 = (32+1/2) minute mark.
The angle between the minute hand and the hour hand is therefore: (2+1/2)*6= 15 degrees.
