Ah, that's another Wilson Pickett song with an included number in the title.
"634-5789 (Soulsville, U.S.A.)" from 1966.
Written the year before by Eddie Floyd and Steve Cropper. If you've seen The Blues Brothers movie, you've seen Steve Cropper as the long haired guitar player. Cropper was an original member of the 4 man "Booker T and the MGs". One of their bigger hits was instrumental "Green Onions" one of the coolest blues/soul tracks ever recorded.
Another song by the same 2 writers was "Knock on Wood" which co-writer Eddie Floyd was the first to record; followed by dozens of others including Otis Redding.
