Numerator:
2^23 - 2^22 - 2^21 - 1
= 2^22 - 2^21 - 1
= 2^21 - 1

Denominator:
1 + 2 + 2^2 + ... + 2^20
= 2^21 - 1

Numerator = Denominator
The fraction = 1
