How many regions does the graph of xy(x + y)(y + x)(x + 2y)(y + 2x) = 0 cut the xy-plane into?

When graphing implicitly, Desmos really these messes up.
(x+y)^2 shows the line
(x+y)^4 doesn't

But then try 
(x+y)(y+x)x=0 or
(x+y)(y+x)y=0 and you don't get the y- or x-axis

(x+y)(y+x)xy=0 gives the two axes but not y=x !
