How many ordered triples (a, b, n) of positive integers would satisfy the equation a2 + b4 = 5n?

Nice!
I wonder if it is possible to prove that the two chains of solutions identified thus far are the only ones:
(a,b,n) = (2,1,1)
(a,b,n) = (3,2,2)
