Interesting.  Both Google and Wolfram Alpha, for me, give a non-integer result.  But a spreadsheet analysis gives a large number of values for n that give answers that are very near integers to many decimal places, but still supposedly not integers.  Then rounding and limits of significant digits seems to take over and "integers" start to show up.  I fear we need an analytical rather than a computational proof.
