Set A=2x^2+20x+21 and B=2x^2+24x+11.

Then the equation becomes A/(A-32x-1)=B/(B-32x-1).

Inverting gives (-32x-1)/A=(-32x-1)/B or A=B.  So 4x=10 and x=5/2 is the sole solution.
