Obviously the following statement is 'False':
"This sentence contains Seven words".

So we correct the sentence by changing it to:
This sentence does not contain Seven words".

We know that the First statement is False and so now can we conclude that the Second statement is True ?

Heck, no! "This" is reflexive and always refers to itself. Here you have S1 (Sentence One) and S2 (Sentence 2). When you add "not" to S1, you have a new sentence, S2. It's inappropriate reference.
