Create the number 24 using only these numbers once each: 3, 3, 7, 7. You may use only the rules of addition, multiplication and division.

7*(3+3/7) gives 24, but I am not sure if it meets the given criteria. (3+3/7) would account for a third use of the number 7 in the problem wouldn't it ?
The only other close possibility that I can see is 7/3 + (7*3) which gives 23.33
