A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

Solution 1: Hit your fist against the table. This does not actually touch the cigarette with any object other than the table itself... which I will assume is not off limits. This results in vibrations which will knock the cigarette over.

Solution 2: Throw a rock in east india over and over until you disrupt a birds flight, which then causes a ripple in the space-time fabric (general relativity) that careens its way to the cigarette, disturbing the table's ability to hold the cigarette upright (like throwing a pebble in the water).
