Fill the 5c mug with water. 5c mug: 5c water 3c mug: empty Pour 3 cups of water from the 5c mug to the 3c mug. 5c mug: 2c water 3c mug: 3c water Empty the 3c mug and pour the remaining contents of the 5c mug into the 3c mug. 5c mug: empty 3c mug: 2c water Fill the 5c mug with water and empty the packet into the 5c mug. 5c mug: 5c of 20% 3c mug: 2c water Pour 1 cup from the 5c mug to the 3c mug and empty the 3c mug. 5c mug: 4c of 20% 3c mug: empty Fill the 3c mug with water and pour one cup from the 3c mug to the 5c mug. 5c mug: 5c of 16% 3c mug: 2c water Finally, pour 1 cup from the 5c mug to the 3c mug. The 5c mug now has the required 4 cups of 16% strength coffee.
