Solution: (Hide)
A circle with center at (31.25,0) and radius 31.25 passes through points (0,0), (2,11), (2,-11), (40,30), (40,-30), (50,25), and (50,-25).

No matter how many lattice points, Schinzel's theorem guarantees that this problem can be solved.
