The only cryptography here is if we don't understand the language, like English-French. For most sighted persons "Braille" is dots that form the alphabet. For the blind certain indicators are provided which inform that what follows are numerals and math operations. At this location is a summary of Nemeth Code Numerals and operations. The expression offered was: 9 x 2 + 6 / 3.
